Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness
The Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness is a collaborative effort to ensure that Civil Society Organizations work effectively within countries of the Global South. Outcomes of the Forum include the Seim Reap Framework for CSO Development Effectiveness which was developed to ensure the successful implmentation of the Istanbul Principles. Partners for Prosperity utilizes this framework as a guideline for working with communities.

Istanbul Principles for CSO Development Effectiveness
The Istanbul Principles, which were arrived at by the Open Forum on CSO Development Effectiveness, are endorsed by Partners for Prosperity as an important part of the Framework for Development Effectiveness. This link provides a 1 page PDF which shares the Istanbul Principles. The Partners framework provides for self-evaluation of Organizations with respect to their adherence to these principles.
