O Le Kuka Samoa (Samoa)
O Le Kuka Samoa is a project under the auspices of the Social and Economic Development area in Samoa. The realization of this project came into being as a way to help the indigenous people of the area regain the use of some valuable traits and resources that had been lost over the years. Its current purpose was to help better the nutritional health of the Samoan people. Through the use of cooking shows, cookbooks, and videos, these tools were used to show the local people how to use local resources and food supplies in the daily preparation of foods. The program has been highly successful and has been able to branch out and gain the attention of many.
