The Action Against Racism Project is an evolving group of dedicated volunteers who seek to reduce racial polarization and create racial unity in the Greater Rochester, NY Community through the arts. Project Activities include an annual race unity dinner, Race Unity Days, and the 'Racism Just Undo It' school contest and various exhibitions of creative response to the idea of race unity. more

| Diversity Dance & Theater (United States) |
DD&T, based in Washington State, is a non-profit performing arts company that utilizes dance and the dramatic arts to educate communities about the healing principles of unity in diversity and to inspire them to work for positive social change. DD&T confronts racism, sexism, violence, alcohol and drug abuse, as well as the needs of the poor, and promotes the importance of family support and unity among all peoples. The goal of each performance is to create an open dialog, empowering audience members to turn attitudes of apathy into enthusiasm and ignorance into understanding, fostering multiculturalism, and a respect for diversity. more

Project Badasht, located in Ecuador, Latin America, began in October 1996 with 3 youth serving in one province. Two years later, it functioned with 7 youth serving in 4 provinces of Ecuador. The vision of the project combines massive teaching through teaching campaigns, youth artistic workshops and permanent training both of the youth and the new Baha'is in local and national Institute courses. more

Spirits Rising Memorial Society was formed in 2006 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to help ‘Raise the Spirits’ of our Missing Women, their children, grandchildren, families and friends through the creation of a Memorial Totem. The memorial Totem will acknowledge the grief of the community for the lives lost. This Project also represents our initial step to provide for cultural sharing, economic renewal and pride while simultaneously offering educational opportunities.
Spirits Rising Memorial Society was created to act as a catalyst for positive change, offering innovative educational and empowering initiatives that will have a real effect on the lives of all Aboriginal Women, Youth and Families in our world.

We have scussefully compleated the first two months of our 1st training program and the work on the totem pole. The pole will be raised in Wendy Poole Park in late Sept or early OCtober.
On June 21st, National Aboriginal Day, Spirits Rising held the First Annual " Love, Light and Healing" Ceremony in the cente of Main & Hastings, the heart of Vancouver's downtown eastside. Healiers, elders and people of all faith groups joined us in prayers and traditional songs for healing. more
