Hello friends,
This newsletter is dedicated to
our friends and Partners that we
have developed over the past five
years and the new friends we hope
to make in the upcoming months.
Our organization has moved into
development in the local community
over the past year and has also
established valuable links with
organizations and groups involved
in social and economic development
internationally. We have reached
a point in our development that
we feel we can reach out to the
larger community and ask those
of you that are reading this newsletter,
if you are interested in working
with us. Now, this may be anything
from a few hours per month as a
volunteer looking after a specific
project, to an advisory committee
member, to an active board member.
All types of interest and involvement
are of course appreciated.
In order to facilitate the process
of attracting more people to the
organization, Partners for Prosperity,
is hosting an Annual General Meeting
on Wednesday May 14th, 2003 at
4:00p.m. at the residence of Mark
Granfar 1869 East Shawnigan Lake
Rd., Shawnigan Lake, B.C. At this
time, we will be electing officers
for the organization, reviewing
the progress of the organization
to date, and setting long and short
term goals. The business portion
will be followed by a potluck picnic
so that we can also have the opportunity
to socialize and get to know each
other better.
We would love to have each and
everyone of you join us at this
time, even to find out more about
the organization. However, for
those of you that already know
that you would be prepared to serve
as a board member or advisory committee
member, please drop us a line to
let us know of your intent at partners@mgvinc.com.
