Greetings to our Partners,
The staff and board of Directors
at Partners for Prosperity would
like to introduce you to a new

This newsletter will introduce
you to our partner organizations,
feature upcoming events and provide
you with information.
If you as an individual, or as
a representative of a group involved
in social and economic development,
have requests or information that
you feel would be important to
pass on to others around the world,
please contact us at partners@mgvinc.com.
Also please check out our web-site
at www.partnersforprosperity.org.
Let us share your hopes, ideas
and requests with each other and
assist the world to reach prosperity
for all.
The Four Worlds
The Four Worlds International Institute
for Human and Community Development
and the Four Worlds Centre for
Development Learning (Four Worlds)
emerged from a Sacred Council of
forty wise, respected and dedicated
elders, spiritual leaders, and
community members from different
tribal societies across North America.
The common purpose of this historic
gathering in December 1982 was
to develop a vision and framework
for action rooted in and guided
by the sacred values and principles
found at the heart of all spiritual
traditions and the profound experience
of Indigenous people focused on
social and economic transformation.
For more than twenty years, Four
Worlds has worked with hundreds
of Indigenous (and other) communities
across the Hemisphere and around
the world in a wide range of social
and economic development efforts.
Through this work Four Worlds has
achieved international recognition
for development research and the
implementation of innovative solutions
to a wide variety of critical human
challenges.
In order to make this spiritually
based, ground breaking work accessible
to a much wider audience of developing
people and the agencies that support
them around the world, the Four
Worlds' web site needs to be totally
redesigned in a much more accessible
and interactive mode than its current
design that was developed in the
early days of the internet. As
well, Spanish and French versions
of the site are now essential.
With volunteer assistance and pro-bono
contributions the cost of this
overall effort has been reduced
to $10,000. Any assistance would
be deeply appreciated. Any donations
to the Four Worlds Fund are tax
deductible.
