We strive for the economic empowerment of rural women so that they can be potential decision makers both at home and community.

We have formed 100 Self Help groups in three blocks namely Kamuthi, Kadaladai and Muthukulathur with 2065 rural women for this purpose. Most of them are trained in management and entrepreneurship skills.

Local banks have offered them credits and they have successful in repayment. Rastria Mahalir Gosh -Govt of India - has granted loans for 30 members and many women including Muslims have become successful entrepreneurs. We are exploring possibilities for micro finance for many of them.

Besides we work for the special education and rehabilitation of 45 mentally challenged children and youths by conducting two special schools and one vocational training center. Here they have special education, health care, skill trainings and counseling.
